Cleaning fee for long term rent is $59 Cleaning fee for short term within a month is $25 Other things to note Light cooking is allowed . Strictly no oily stir fly cooking or heavy cooking . Boil food is allowed . microwave and small oven for simple bake . Pls clean out after u cook .
