Charming in-law suite w/ use of deck and yard

Charming home in Highland Park. The space is my in-law suite which is in the lower level of my home and has its own full size kitchen and bathroom. We live up-stairs with our 3 little dogs so we will be available if you need anything during your stay. The in-law suite is set up like a studio and has one queen bed,a separate closet area and laundry. Please note- the suite is in the basement, but there is natural light. You have shared use of the deck/yard if desired. The space Private in-law suite in the lower level of my newly renovated modern farm house. Updated bathroom and kitchen in basement with all modern finishes. Egress window in basement. You have your own entrance to the suite. We both enter through the back sliding door but I have my locked entrance to my level and you will have your locked entrance downstairs. Think of it as a garden apartment. Very close to highway and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Highwood and Metra train station. 5 minute drive to Highland Park and shopping. 1-hour train ride to downtown Chicago (from the Highwood Metra station). 40-60 minutes north of Chicago (depending on traffic). Guest access Gated back yard- entry with code only. Very private. You have access to the entire lower level (set up like a studio apartment with full kitchen, laundry and bathroom), back yard, decks and fire pit. Other things to note During the summer, the ac is quite cold, so bring a couple extra sweatshirts :) If the gate is closed in back, please make sure you keep it closed so the dogs don’t get away. Dogs have access to the outside at all times so they might be out when you arrive. There is street parking out front. Garbage day is Thursday so make sure your trash is in the BLUE cans on Wednesday night.
