Our home has an international flavor with interesting people from all over the world here for professional pursuits in Washington. People have their own space and as much privacy as they like; however there is also plenty of communal space and it is easy to relax, in common areas, share a meal and make new friends with people who are interested to explore the city. At the same time, your room affords complete privacy with a double bed, either full queen or king, a desk, towels and linens desk chair and dresser, closet. The house has a washer dryer and a fully equipped kitchen for your use. You are renting a room and full access to all these common areas . Generally there are 2 people sharing each bathroom; (five people share 2 1/2 baths).
