Mi Cielo - A Bit of Heaven in the Heart of Sedona

Mi Cielo means “My Heaven” and that’s exactly what this space will be for you. Tranquil, cozy, and a wee bit magical, you’ll love listening to the birds and the wind blowing through the trees. Mi Cielo is just 1 block to organic groceries, coffee houses, restaurants, famous trails, & more. It is ideal for singles or couples coming to Sedona for retreat, exploring & recharging. You will enjoy the good energy of an exceptionally clean, uplifting & peaceful space. The space Mi Cielo is an open and airy studio space located in a small condominium complex. An arroyo (dry river bed) runs along the property with mature, native trees offering sanctuary to a variety of birds, wild animals, and seasonal wild flowers. Queen bed, full (and loaded) kitchen and bath, private patio. Solid wifi, Roku TV, mini-split heater/AC, plenty of magic. AZ TPT License 21152015-W City of Sedona Permit 013544 Guest access You will have full access to all of the magic of Mi Cielo: the condo, private patio, on-site laundry room (coin/cc operated), and the common area patio in the heart of the complex. Mi Cielo sits slightly higher on a hill and offers a patio view of the red rocks. Live like a local in the heart of Sedona. You will have access to one parking space during your stay. Other things to note * The neighboring condos house full-time residents. Please be respectful. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 9:00 am. * Park only in the space designated for #22. * No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed INSIDE the unit. You can leave them on the patio. $100 fine. * The space is for a maximum of 2 guests. Additional guests will be charged $100 per night. CLEANING: You will appreciate the cleanliness of my place. The cleaning fee you pay allows me to pay my cleaner to keep the space sanitary, clean, and tidy. This fee is based on the typical amount of time it takes to clean the space and linens and to prep it for the next guest. My cleaner uses only natural cleaning agents to sanitize and clean all surfaces and linens. A few things to note: * If the condition you leave my space in requires a longer than normal cleaning, you will be charged for my cleaner's additional time as well as the cost to replace any missing or damaged items. This doesn't happen often but when the situation warrants, it is the guest's responsibility to pay the additional cost. * Reservations longer than 14 nights will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Every 10 days, my cleaner will come in to tidy up. This includes changing the bed linens and bathroom towels, resupplying toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom, sweeping the floors, airing the space, and spot cleaning as needed. It does NOT include washing dishes or putting away your personal belongings. You will be charged $35 for each visit. This is in addition to the included cleaning fee which only covers the cleaning at the end of your stay. * Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. * No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. * Due to Sedona's dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. * I am not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. * By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. * I regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! * Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. * Please use your own accounts on the Roku TV for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out. * Electric vehicle charging will incur a $20 per day additional fee to cover the cost of electricity. Thank you for respecting my home.
