Ruthann’s is a shady quiet cottage space within walking distance of Marion’s shops, entertainment, and breweries and a great launching place into the Blue Ridge - within minutes of Lake James and the Linville Gorge wilderness. We invite you to explore a small town awakening to its charm and possibility: spend a day, spend a week! The space We are nestled in the heart of Marion -a short walk from downtown. The cottage apt is accessed by a set of stone steps that lead to a shaded back patio and yard that look into the woods. Ours is an open floor plan with a kitchen/dining/living area off of which is a private bedroom, bath, and large closet. We have a well appointed kitchen as well as laundry, and are right next door should you need anything. Guest access We are avid gardeners and welcome you to enjoy our front and back garden areas. Other things to note My retired parents are upstairs when not traveling the world. We ask that you keep the noise to a minimum from 10pm until 8am.
