The space Casa Andivi is a 2-story house, comfortable and functional, designed to enjoy the tranquility of Playa La Boquilla. It has spacious and comfortable rooms on the ground floor along with 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor is the dining room and kitchen, equipped to make you feel at home during your stay. As well as a palapa with ocean views, with TV included. It also has high-speed Starlink internet, ideal for staying connected or working remotely. In the outdoor areas, you will find spaces to relax, parking inside the property, an outdoor bathroom for greater convenience after enjoying the beach or the pool, and access to the complex's shared pool. The house is located 90 meters from the sea, where you will have to walk down. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house during their stay, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, and outdoor areas belonging to the property. The pool is a shared area with guests who may be staying in the bungalow located on the premises. When the bungalow is not occupied, guests will also be able to use the outdoor kitchen. In the event that the bungalow is booked, said kitchen will be for the use of the occupants of that space. The property has parking on the premises and access to common areas available to guests. Other things to note 🚗 Access to Casa Andivi To get to Playa La Boquilla from the Pochutla road, you will have to travel approximately 3.5 km on a gravel road with ups and downs. Upon arrival you will find a large sign with the name “Casa Andivi” and the access ramp to the property. ⚠️ It is important to consider that: • The road is completely unpaved and is part of the natural features of the area. • The condition of the road may vary depending on weather conditions, especially during the rainy season. • Any vehicle can access, although high-clearance or 4x4 vehicles usually have a more comfortable experience. • We recommend checking the location on Google Maps beforehand to familiarize yourself with the route. 📶 Communication and connectivity When you arrive in Pochutla or Puerto Ángel, please send us a message to coordinate your reception, as these are the last points with reliable signal before reaching Playa La Boquilla. There is no consistent cell phone coverage in the surrounding area. However, the house has Starlink satellite internet, ideal for communication, video calls, remote work, and entertainment. 🌿 Natural neighborhood Casa Andivi is located on a semi-pristine beach, surrounded by nature and far from the urban environment. For this reason, it is normal to find fauna typical of the region, such as insects or small reptiles, especially at night. 🛒 Stock-up There are no supermarkets or stores nearby. The nearest shopping area is approximately 15 minutes away in Pochutla, so we recommend doing some shopping before you get there. 🌧️ Services and weather Due to the location of the property, heavy rains or weather events may cause temporary interruptions in the power supply or some services in the area.
