Great for local business travelers, small families visiting our local water park, in town travelers for baseball tournaments or weekend getaway. A desk with drawers give a nice spot to get some work done, if needed. Nice sized yard in the front if you needed to throw a few baseballs or exercise. Has standup shower in the bathroom and towels provided. Kitchen has coffee maker, flat top stove with oven, microwave and plenty of counter space. The kitchen also has a decent sized fridge and freezer with ice trays. Brand new window AC unit to keep you comfortable. The porch has plenty of seating to hang out including a comfy swing. There is a wall mounted TV and Roku available for use. Comfortable King size bed and small pullout floor mattress. All things you will find at this country get away. Just minutes from Greenville shopping and dining. In a rural residential neighborhood. Most houses are on 2-5 acres some more some less, sometimes neighbors can be close enough to hear. Just 4 miles South of Walmart in a rural residential neighborhood. 30 minutes to Rockwall, 60 minutes to Dallas metro area. Stay close to the sports park, or restaurants but still enjoy staying in the country. WiFi and self check in. ID Required before check-in. I occasionally need to water the plants in the front, but other than that the space is yours. There is a storage garage behind the listing that is not for guests, and remains locked. No one else is in this space except guest. This is a guest house on the main house thus maps will take you to the main house the guests house is just south of the main house and separate yard and all. Other things to note We have CO monitor and smoke detector. CO monitor also monitors temp. Sometimes animals, and children and neighbors can be heard.
