Guest access Entire house is accessible with exception of the Basement, Garage and Outbuilding/Shed. Pool area access only permitted during July and August when the pool is open and permission is granted. Other things to note The house was built as a farm house in 1870. It has been updated and is clean but it does not have some of the modern finishes that are in more contemporary houses and there are the typical "quirky" items that accompany an almost 150 year old house. Furniture, generally, is not new but is clean and sturdy. The upstairs ceilings are relatively low but typical for the way farm houses were built in the 1800's. Taller guests may have to duck their heads thru some doorways.
