Very modern basement apartment Place is located on the lower level. It is absolutely stunning! It is a 1 bedroom basement apt, with an open concept living and dining room that leads to a cute cosy kitchen. Please note that there is no air conditioner in the unit, it's on the lower level so it is always cool, also the shower has low water pressure. Other then that it's a fantastic and modern place. Also if your super tall please understand that this is a basement and be aware. The space The cosy basement apartment is a 1 bedroom, it has a open concept living and dining area that leads to a cute little kitchen that is fully loaded. The space has it own private entrance and a welcoming foyer as you walk downstairs. Please note when walking downstairs that the switch will be on the left side of the landing for the basement. Also because it's a basement apartment, if your super tall we recommend that you look elsewhere, because our job is to provide our guests the best comfort.
