The living room has one couch with an over-sized chair to comfortably accommodate any of your relaxing needs. Just off the living room is the sliding door to the deck with the ocean only a few feet away. The fully-stocked kitchen has a farmer sink and brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island has seating for four. You will have everything you need including dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Up four stairs, you will find the bathroom with a shower. Next to the bathroom you'll find the first guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second guest bedroom across the hall has a queen-size bed. The bunkhouse located just a few steps from the cottage has a bunkbed (Twin over Queen bunk bed with twin pull out trundle) perfect for kids or additional guests. Outside enjoy a backyard with fire pit, gas grill, yard games (corn hole, Jenga and can jam) and access to the water below. The front of the cottage has a private pier with additional seating. Guest amenities include Wi-Fi, hammocks, games, kayaks and paddle board. Guest access You are free to use our four kayaks and one paddle board. Life jackets are available from your use. Other things to note Spring water is provided for you. Although the water tested safe for drinking, showering and cooking it contains a hint of iron.
