Adorable Beach Cottage, lovingly decorated, 1.5 Blocks from the beach, in the Venice Canal neighborhood. This cottage is not directly on the canal; it's behind the larger cottage, which is on the water. Pictures show you the canal neighborhood. Includes 1 boat, laundry, parking, beach chairs & beach towels, welcome coffee, HDTV, WiFi full kitchen, sleeps 4; has 1 Queen bed+ 2 Twin beds. It's a studio so all sleep in the same room. It's small but adorable and in a great location. The space If dates you need are not available, book anything available, and then we can talk so I can explain dates, etc. There is a shared outdoor eating area with BBQ, as well as a shared laundry area with soap provided! You have use of a shared boat. There is so much to do that you probably won't spend that much time in the cottage, but there is a full kitchen with just about everything you'd need. This is within walking distance from the cottage, just steps from the beach and bike path.
