Floor to ceiling windows in this cozy space bring the outside in no matter what the season. Each room has a door to the long deck with a pleasant eating/barbecue area at the south end. Gardens and woods surround you, with the water view just beyond. Borrow one of our kayaks to paddle on LInekin Bay, or enjoy the quiet picnic area by the water, swim, or beach comb on the shore of the cove shared only with our other guests. Relax in peaceful surroundings, or visit Boothbay Harbor 3 miles away. The space Paradise Cottage is rented by the week only, Saturday to Saturday, starting the last week of June through the second week of September. Other seasons it has a two night minimum. Paradise Cottage has two bedrooms and two baths. The middle (queen) bedroom has an extra sink/vanity plus a washer/dryer in the closet for added flexibility. The master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, is furnished with two twin beds that can be a king; just let us know in advance your preference. The other bathroom is off the extra wide hall which has four floor to ceiling windows looking into the woods. Views to the water in front and the woods behind will delight your senses at every turn. The small kitchen is made to function for one person, with perhaps a helper on the other side of the counter. A large living area includes a dining table, wood stove, and sofa for TV watching and view monitoring. Guest access You will have use of the entire house when you stay at Paradise Cottage. Other things to note Our pet deposit is $150 for the first pet, with $50 of that being possibly refundable depending on how much cleaning we have to specifically after the pet on your departure. You will share the use of our pebble beach on the cove and our picnic table and seating area by the water with other guests along with our three sit-on-top kayaks and rowboat which you may use after signing our boat release.
