Located on beautiful Gatehouse Road next to the Testimonial Gateway. Gatehouse Gardens is a peaceful and private setting. The suite is 3 rooms and can accommodate 6. A completely private apartment attached to our home. It includes a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Private entrance, pool, hot tub. We respect the privacy of our guests and we expect guests to be respectful as well. NO LOUD MUSIC OR LATE NIGHT PARTYING Three rooms each with a queen bed. Two of the rooms have private bathrooms and one of the rooms has a full kitchen. Guest have the private space to enjoy, including private deck with gazebo, private patio with hot tub. The swimming pool area is shared with the owner. Cindy and/or Rick are on the premises or available by phone. The neighborhood is beautiful. In the summer time there are no house in site. The Mohonk Testimonial Gatehouse is across the street with beautiful hiking trails. The Village of New Paltz is about 1 mile from Gatehouse Gardens. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The property borders the Mohonk Preserve. Hiking trails within walking distance. NO ADDED CLEANING FEES
