Cute 'n cozy condo in Georgetown. One bedroom with king bed. Loft with trundle twins and sofa in living room; so it can sleep more than 2, but there's an extra charge for >2 guests. Top (third) floor, so no footsteps overhead. :-) Quiet location, easy access to/from I-70. Georgetown is a quaint little mountain town with cute shops downtown and a couple of nice eateries, but with limited nightlife. Closest ski/snowboard mountain is Loveland, about 15 minutes west. Several more ski areas farther down the road in either direction. Ice fishing and ice races during winter months on Georgetown Lake. Fishing and festivals throughout the summer months. Hiking, skiing, rafting, and much more. Sorry, but no pets. Also, no smoking. 30 nights minimum rental. Guest access Will send access instructions prior to your arrival. Other things to note The unit is on the third floor, and there are no elevators. So, plan to use stairs.
