Walking distance to Quality Dairy, 5 minute drive to downtown and 8-10 minute drive to MSU. WiFi has been updated to Comcast and should expect a speed of 450 Mbps hard wired to Ethernet port. Note: This unit has a queen size bed as other units. A valid picture ID required upon booking The space Please know this an older building with walls using 2 by 4 construction with batt insulation covered with standard 1/2 " drywall, it is not completely sound proof, but has been sufficient for most, one wall (east) is shared with another separate apt, so if you are loud or intolerant this is not the place to book.
