House is on a small hill with interesting landscaping to the woods. (Only one neighbor on each side and is far away). House is very private (but not scary in a sense that you are totally alone), truly allowing you to relax. PinkyHouse is cozy and right size for 1-4 people’s comfortable stay. Each room has 2 exposures to the greenery and beautiful light throughout the day. (and mini-split AC/heating unit). ~ Large Bright open kitchen with sweet views of the mountains is often where the laughter gathers. Living room with oversized windows to the views. Both bedrooms embrace beautiful light, fresh air, birds singing, and green scenery! They are separated by the cozy living room with their own privacy! ~ Two decks with different views of mountains and woods. ~ The style is simple and minimally decorated, allowing you to simply be yourself and enjoy nature. Whether sipping wine on the deck, (front and rear decks) reading, listening to music, writing your novel, practicing yoga, or simply unwinding, you'll find sweet energy here. LOCATION: It's truly convenient to supermarket (4 mins down the hills), restaurants in Woodstock or Phoenicia within 10 mins, as well as many trails nearby. (Ashokan trail just 5 mins away.) ~ You get to enjoy the private peaceful stay, dining /music in town within minutes and scenic drive to outdoor activities! ~. The vacation is yours! You’ll need to use WiFi calling for calls/texts. PS. Or 2 mins down the road you’ll find cellular reception. 🐻 Wildlife Notice: Occasionally there may be bear activity around the property, usually very early morning or late at night. They generally avoid people unless attracted by food. For everyone’s safety: • No outdoor food left unattended • No BBQ or cooking outside • Children should be accompanied by adults outdoors ❤️ The house is stocked with many essentials so you can travel light and simply relax. Included: • Kitchen essentials: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, air fryer/instant cooker, cookware, dining sets, coffee & tea, washer/dryer, iron, etc. • Body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, skincare items • Guitar, keyboard, yoga & basic workout equipment • Bug spray & sunscreen • Baby items: dining set, body wash/shampoo, high chair, pack’n play & play mat ✨ Travel light — simply open the door and feel at home.
