Verified ID required upon check-in. Two registered guests/one car maximum. Not appropriate for children or animals/pets of ANY kind , out of respect for those with animal allergies. The space This is a non smoking home built in the 1960's. The garage conversion/studio is private, clean, and has everything you need for a vacation or business trip: driveway parking, coded entrance, Queen bed, dresser, iron and ironing board; table and chairs, TV. 2 guests maximum, one car maximum (county law) We can accommodate if you are long term and prefer two single beds (trundle bed) instead. Mini kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender; and a few convenience food items and snacks. "Near to everything" makes this a popular destination for an affordable price. No smoking of ANY kind on property! Owner is allergic. My listing is a non-smoking property including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, vapes, bongs, incense, candles, waxmelts and grills. This listing is NOT suitable for babies, children or animals of ANY kind. See my other listing if you are bringing a dog only, or search out other listings in the area that can accommodate you. Hold Harmless Clause By booking this listing, you agree to hold harmless property owner and affiliates of anything real or perceived, that may result in any kind of damage to your property; sickness, injury or death. Guest access Park in the driveway up by garage or on my side of the street. Studio should have everything you need to start your stay, as well convenient, healthy snack and breakfast items in cabinets and fridge. Bathroom cabinet has toiletries for your convenience to start your stay. Basic bi-monthly "room service" for long term guests upon request: linen/towel replacement, floors vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, dusting. Access to laundry facilities upon request for long term stays- just ask! Other things to note Note that my house has NO GRASS in the front. We continue to work on projects so you may see evidence of that. You can park in the driveway in front of the garage or on my side of the street. Door to room is around the corner to the Right of the garage There is NO SMOKING of ANY kind on or around the property. If you are booking 28 days to receive the AirBnB monthly discount, you will still be charged the 14% TOT (hotel) tax. Booking 31 days waives the TOT taxes. Please enter/exit room quietly after 9pm so as not to wake elderly neighbors next door. Maximum TWO guests, one car. NO PARTIES. PLUMBING is OLD- ,just human waste and toilet paper in toilet. If you have to flush twice, do it! No wipes in the pipes! No oil, coffee grounds, food waste, etc in sinks. Please remove hair from shower drain if you shed, or better yet, brush you hair good before you get in! Backup problems requiring a plumber will be charged to the guest.
