Spanish-style Guest House

Elegantly furnished one-bedroom garden cottage with private entrance and garden in historic North Park neighborhood. Within walking distance of Balboa Park, the Zoo, fine dining, wine bars, golf course and more! Cottage tour is available via the qr code in photos. I am open to hosting long term but I block my calendar if its too far out so please message me to check if your dates are available. The space Enjoy graceful accommodations in our Spanish-style garden cottage. There is a private entrance, lush greenery, patio, two sets of french doors, private bathroom, queen-size bed and kitchen with four burner stove, oven, full fridge and microwave. You can enjoy exclusive use of our driveway and you have your own private fenced in garden. There is heating and cooling, lots of light and birds chirping. Guest access Guests will have a key to their own private entrance and a small garden at their patio. There is plenty of street parking. Other things to note There is a thirty one night minimum stay. I usually only book for thirty one nights at a time but if you are interested in staying longer let me know because I can normally accommodate you. Check in is between 1-9pm. Please arrange with me in advance what time you are arriving so I can be here to greet you. The guest house is insulated and stays cool in the summer. There is a portable fan available and also a portable heater. Unfortunately, the guesthouse is not childproof and for that reason we do not accept guests with young children. We do have a cat who shares the garden with us. She might come say hello at some point in your stay so must be cat friendly!
