Perfect for an affordable getaway or business stay - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, gourmet kitchen, family room, washer/dryer. Everything is newly renovated in the building that was first constructed in the 60s! The space Building was constructed over 50 years ago and received an incredible renovation. The upstairs suite is nearly 1000 sq/ft and is completely finished! The Master has a king bed. The other bedroom has two twins. It is a twin bed with a twin trundle pull out underneath it. Guest access The entire Guest Suite is yours! Other things to note The bathroom sink drains slowly - old pipes, but it does drain. :)
