Cozy and classic art-deco studio apartment that is very spacious and homey. Without question, the best thing about your stay here is the location! 1 block from the Wiltern Theater, Wilshire/Western train station, top bars, clubs, karaoke, some of the best Kbbq in all of Los Angeles and in the HEART of K-TOWN all within easy walking distance! Truly one of the most accessible stays in the heart of one of the most truly happening, culturally authentic and lively neighborhood in all of Los Angeles! The space ****IMPORTANT**** First are foremost this is a VERY old building from the early 1900's. There is some things you should be aware of and by booking you are simply agreeing that you have read and understand these things before booking. The actual tub is old, it will be changed soon once management has a chance but for the moment it does look a bit old but it is not dirty. Second, the tiles in the apartment, in the bathroom and kitchen are not dirty they are just cracked or chipped (maybe from so many earthquakes) but they are original and very old. You are getting an entire studio apartment! So understand this is not a complete apartment, or a hotel so please be understanding and logical in what you are expecting for the price and location compared to a hotel that charges four times the rate next door! OK! Now then :) Welcome to my AirBnB! I hope you enjoy beautiful and buzzing K-Town! This is a rather large and spacious studio apartment with a full kitchen and large common space and complete bathroom. The apartment is also up one short set of stairs and gives excellent views of buzzing K-town! Please feel free to use any and all dishes but please be respectful of cabinets, closets with locks or marked as "off limits." Feel free to use the printer as well for any last minute flight itineraries, my desk and comfortable desk chair to study and the 55 inch-4K-Smart-Tv equipped with YouTube and Netflix to make your stay more enjoyable. There is one full sized bed and a lot of extra space in the living room as well as a brand new inflatable mattress to use! Absolutely no parties are to be had inside the apartment, there is a million places walking distance from the apartment to do that! Please be mindful of volume as well please. Guest access You will have access to all of the studio with the exception of two storage closets. Other things to note Locked closets, furniture and cabinets are off limits.
