Artfully decorated and resort-like, The Kelby ABNB is an absolute gem! It is a 1000 sqft loft on 3 acre wooded ravine: scenic vista with many windows. Half mile from outdoor YMCA trails. Owner provides list of favorite local haunts. Exceptionally clean&fresh.Visit wineries, hike, kayaking, antique stores. Kitchenette/breakfast area with amenities: juice, cereal, breakfast foods. Bedding, towels, and toiletries provided. Private. Quiet. Comfortable. The space The space is quiet, clean & private. Internet connection; Roku streaming; Netflix for movies. One bedroom has a full-size bed and the other a queen-size bed. Bathroom has two sinks, shower stall and toilet closet. Towels, sheets & toiletries are provided. There is a stocked mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water boiler, and breakfast/snack foods. There is a table with chairs for dining. Dishes & silverware provided. No smoking permitted in area but permitted on patio. Bird watching is awesome! Guest access Private access is through a door in the garage. A key will be provided upon request. Other things to note Gravel driveway is long (approx 150 feet) & fairly steep. In winter AWD or 4-wheel drive is necessary to get up driveway. It is plowed when required in icy/snowy conditions. Parking is available at top of driveway if it is too icy which is rare. Inquire regarding newborns. If both bedrooms are used, there is an additional charge of $25. There is no cleaning fee.
