Modern, renovated studio apartment, slightly larger than most hotel rooms, within walking distance of Winooski’s bars and restaurants. And we're just a few miles (bikeable or driving) to downtown Burlington, UVM, Champlain College, and St. Michael’s College. Easy highway access means quick drives to all that Vermont has to offer. City of Winooski Short-Term Rental License #24103 The space Renovated, modern studio space (about 280 sq ft, slightly larger than a typical hotel room) with full kitchen (mini-fridge, induction cook-top, dishwasher, small convection oven, microwave, plates, glasses, flatware, prep knives, dish soap, dishwasher pods), 3/4 bath, firm queen bed, smart TV (get all of the local channels or log into your Netflix or Hulu account), high-speed WiFi, new loveseat (as of January 2023). All linens and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (paraben- and SLS-free) are included. There is a separate entrance with off-street parking for one car, and you can control the heat and air conditioning (depending on the season). Newly paved driveway, retaining wall landscaping, and refreshed entrance (still under construction). You'll need a Friday AND Saturday night booking if you want to stay for either of those nights. Exceptions are offered in very few instances. The driveway to the property is off the main street and the area is mixed-use (businesses, single- and multi-family homes, apartment complexes), generally quiet (except when airplanes are landing or during Vermont rush quarter-hour), and walkable. It is in the flight path of the Burlington International Airport so there is occasional airplane noise as well as infrequent F35 training exercises, but these typically occur during waking hours. We've put in extra insulation to dampen sound between walls. The driveway and outside space are shared. We have very friendly dogs (Maho and Cole) who LOVE people despite their barking. Other things to note You'll need a Friday AND Saturday night booking if you want to stay for either of those nights. Exceptions are offered in very few instances. For example: If you are booked Saturday through Tuesday, you must also book Friday night. Or if you are booking Thursday and Friday nights, you must also book Saturday night.
