2 bedroom Catskill Mountain top cabin located on 30 private and pristine acres. Ideal for the nature lover in search of privacy, relaxation and access to Catskill hiking trails, waterfalls and area ski attractions (Hunter Mountain) and nature parks (Minnewaska/Mohonk). Cabin has two full beds and a sleeper loft with another full bed(ideal for children or an extra guest). About two hours from New York City. AWD/4WD is recommended in the winter months. The space Located on a private road about 20 minutes from the Village of Ellenville on a large wooded property adjacent to state land. During the winter months, guests will enjoy cozying up to the woodstove that heats the house or relaxing outside next to the fire pit. The small outdoor deck provides the perfect place to grill outdoors or enjoy a meal. During the summer months, guests will enjoy the property's mature gardens, orchard and pond and access to the hiking trails of the Forever Wild Forest and Vernooy Kill Falls. During the winter, there is also access to state snowmobile trails that are also great for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cookware, plates, utensils and appliances. There is a sleeper loft with a full mattress perfect for older children and the couch can open into a twin size bed to accommodate an extra guest. We recommend AWD/4wd in the winter months.
