Serenity on Seabreeze is in the middle of the most beautiful land Matunuck has to offer with plenty of entertaining things to do right down the road if you want some excitement. Serenity house is a split level ranch with the top floor for you. Owner occupied lower level. AC provided in the master bedroom only but our breezes and many fans provided will keep you cool. Our local beaches are amazing and only 7/10 a mile away. A very nice walk. A Cool and quiet space. The space Set on an acre this house is your typical ranch built in 1986, but the yard and plantings are exceptional. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room, 2 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the large windows gives you a look at the ocean, open fields, and stone walls, and from the deck the breezes and quiet neighbothood helps you enjoy your stay here in Serenity. Guest access Second floor, deck and shaded side yard. Driveway holds max of 6 cars, no street parking please. Other things to note Please help us keep the serene nature of this area by respecting nature and the surroundings, absolutly no parties and quiet time is 10 pm . The neighbors are delighful and we as a whole are great to each other, kind and quiet and respecting each others peace and quiet.
