This home also includes a self check-in with a custom keypad code, driveway parking and FREE street parking which make for a simple check-in process. Home includes: Kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops, coffee and tea area, and island with bar seating. Living Room with Roku TV, DirecTV stream and sitting area. Dining space with formal seating up to 6 people, along with a breakfast bar that seats 3. Separate office/desk area with lounge style reading chair Two Full Bathrooms with standing showers and vanities, clean linens, soap and shampoo, blow dryer, and extra toiletries. There is also a half band on the ground floor. Bedrooms include clothing storage such as shelving and clothes rod with hangers, luggage racks, clean linens/towels, and memory foam mattresses. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located on the second floor. Free high speed Wifi included! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note Driveway is on right side of the house and is shared with the neighbor. Drive towards end and parking is in rear of the house. Please note that our property is priced for 4 guests. It can comfortably house up to eight guests. There is an additional charge of $25 per person per night for five guests or more staying overnight. 🚨Important to Note:  Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver 🛡️.
