A private room, with a private bath and a separate dressing area awaits you. A queen size mattress, bed awaits you. We have a lounging and a study chair with a pull out table, chest of drawers and ample space for all your books and clothes. We have a night stand with drawers and a table lamp. There is a ceiling fan with lights. We have central air and heating. There is also an air purifier and a humidifier and an extra fan and heater lying in your closet if you should need it. Bathroom is supplied with towels and hair dryer liquid soap and lotion. If you are here for a short stay we will supply amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash also. We have coffee machine and tea kettle with teas and coffee grinds and filters supplied to you. We have utensils for you. There is a fridge and a microwave right outside your door which you may share. Also right out side your door on the landing you will find washer dryer which you can share. You may use the kitchen if you would like. We can work out the timings together. The guest room is located on the second level of our Town home. Access is through the main entrance and up 1.5 flights of stairs. There is no elevator. Harsh, my husband and I are people folks but we also are privacy people and know how to leave guests alone. We are available for answering your questions. Please do not hesitate. Walk to dozens of restaurants, day spas, coffee and tea shops, supermarkets, the Los Angeles County Arboretum, Westfield Santa Anita shopping mall, and Santa Anita Race Track. If you have a car there will be a fee for overnight parking of 5 dollars. If it is a hardship, please let us know and we will subsidize it. City has a fee for overnight parking of $5/night per vehicle. Please obey street no parking signs. Monday night park on east side of the street( same side as our home). Tuesday night park on the west side of the street. Supplies: We provide limited starter amounts of supplies such as toiler paper, shampoo, soaps, detergents, kitchen wipes, trash bags, etc. Once these supplies run out guest are to provide their own. Lights and heater: Do please switch off the lights before you leave for the day. Turn up or down the temperature of the furnace.
