T&D’s Cozy 2 Bedroom Suite

We have a lovely 2 bedroom Executive Suite on the lower level of our home. It is furnished with a queen bed in one room and twin beds in the other. A large living space separates the two bedrooms. The unit comes equipped with a kitchen that includes a countertop stove, pots and pans, tableware, microwave, refrigerator, and ice chest. It has high speed internet, free YouTube TV and a washer/dryer. The spacious bathroom features an industrial chic design with a large walk-in subway tile shower. The space This is a great place to stay for your visit to Greeley and the surrounding areas. It is located 2 miles from the University of Northern Colorado with easy access to Highways 34 and 85 so it’s easy to get around to see all the sights of Northern Colorado. Guest access Guests book the entire Suite and have access to the entire lower level of the house which includes the living room, 2 bedrooms, and large private bathroom. The entrance is through the main door. There is no private entrance. During your stay We enjoy socializing with our guests and are available to answer any questions they might have. Other things to note We have a medium sized, very friendly dog who lives with us upstairs. He will probably greet you with a bark when you first arrive but don’t worry, it’s just his way of saying hello. Really though, he’s super nice and enjoys having guests as much as we do!
