King bedroom has private balcony and birds eye view of ocean. Living area on first floor with open floor plan. Enclosed patio for gathering with friends with charcoal barbecue and bistro set. Off street parking in the back for two vehicles. Stack washer and dryer in laundry closet through back kitchen door by parking area. Beach chairs and boogie boards provided for your convenience. Centrally located with easy access to the Highway to enjoy all the Monterey Bay has to offer. Small pets welcome with additional pet rent and agreement. Television in living room is streaming only. Note: potential for noise due to close proximity to neighbors and other vacation rental properties. Guest access Guest have full access to the town home, must check in and out through Cheshire Rio Office just around the corner. Parking in the back of the unit or street parking in the front of the unit. Other things to note We supply a starter pack of supplies; toilet paper, sponges, paper towels, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. Plenty for a long weekend though for extended stays please note you will have to provide anything beyond that. For reservations surpassing two weeks, we do request a mid week maid service to exchange linens and clean surfaces, this would be an additional cost. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider.
