Only 10 minute drive to downtown to enjoy all the action but far enough for relaxation! Garvan Gardens 2 miles/9 miles to Downtown/6 miles to Oaklawn. The space The Condo has the best view of Lake of any unit at Farr Shores with water starting where you park your car at the door and wraps all the way around the private unit. The sunset views are amazing and early morning the ducks are always swimming by. Inside the unit from the front to back with windows to enjoy the lake. 2 smart tvs with UTube TV with NFL ticket. Updated unit with large granite/tile walk in shower with bench and granite sink, granite in kitchen with updated appliances, ice maker and I have spices and condiments in fridge. We also have a microwave in the laundry room. Pool area is between building 1 and 2 by the lake. Just pack your personal items and get on the road to relaxation! Farr Shores has a boat launch and boat trailer parking. Guest access Entire Space and great corner patio with all 180 view of the lake. Other things to note Alexa is in the kitchen and bluetooth in the bedroom with iwatch charger and iphone chargers. The pool is located between building 1-2 and I provide beach towels and sunscreen. 2 types of coffee makers for you to pick. New Electric grill on the patio. No stairs and you pull up right to door for easy loading and unloading! i watch charger and iPhone chargers available. Smart TVs , WiFi available and cable Utube TV with sports games. Dead-end street so great place to walk or run in the neighborhood!
