We welcome you to enjoy our 3-bedroom townhouse at Camelback perfect for any time of the year -- skiing in the winter, enjoying the waterpark in the summer, and spring/fall scenic mountain getaways! Just a few steps away from Camelback Ski Mountain, Camelbeach Waterpark, Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark (USA Today rated #1 indoor park in the nation) and Big Pocono State Park. Short Drive to Kalahari, Mt Air Casino. - Must be over 25 to book property. No exceptions. Our price is per night for house. The space 3 BDR, 2.5 baths. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The main level consists of an eat-in kitchen, living/dining area, 1/2 bath, wood-burning stove, balcony with grill, and front porch with outdoor seating. The upstairs loft sleeps 2 and has a full bath. The downstairs level consists of a bedroom with one full bed w/32" TV, a bedroom with 2 full beds w/ 32" TV, a full bath, and laundry facilities. All rooms have individual thermostats. All bedrooms and the main room have individual air conditioning units. These are also heating units as well. Located on the parking lot level so it is easy to access. 55" HDTV, free Wi-Fi, furnished patio, complete kitchen setup, Keurig coffee maker. We provide bed linens and towels for you during your stay. The Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. The Village at Camelback is a private community with a community center with an Indoor Pool, Hot tub, Exercise equipment, and indoor tennis/basketball courts. No smoking, no pets. A rental information document is required by the Village at Camelback. In this document, the Village requires all guest names and vehicle information to expedite check-in. We will send this via DocuSign for convenience. Guest access The Village at Camelback is a gated community, with free amenities including an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis, and basketball court. 24-hour security. Other things to note Keyless entry. Will email/text personal access code with booking. Children are welcome to stay. We have two stair cases be mindful of the little ones with the stairs. We have one stair gate on site. None of the doors or cabinets are child proof.
