You’ll have complete privacy with the tiny home, as well as a separate entrance and patio. The space is located behind carport, next to the main home. Please note: Parking is on the street. Tiny house is down drive. Driveway parking spots are reserved for the main house. Guests have access to only the tiny home and private patio. The tiny home is on our property, located next to our home, behind our carport. The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
