This apartment offers all of the great amenities that are at home while being in the middle of the city! The space This is a 3rd floor apartment in a 1860's historic victorian style house. The views from the East facing windows enable you to see all the way downtown to the iconic super man building. Out the South facing windows you can see our neighborhoods defining monument, the Cranston Street Armory and Dexter Park. * The space consists of a living room with plenty of seating on two couches. A dinning room with a table big enough for 4 or more. We also have extra dinning room chairs available upon inquiry. A Laptop ready work station with a spacious desk and work chair. A newly remodeled bathroom with a refurbished 1920's claw foot tub. A newly remodeled kitchen with all of the typical amenities including plenty of storage, a microwave and dishwasher. Each of the two bedrooms has a dresser, closet, mirror and bedside tables. We provide all bed linens and extra are available. Guest access Guests will have use of the third floor apartment as well as two stairwells and 2 off street parking spaces. They can also use our small backyard to BBQ and enjoy the outside. Other things to note *Coin-op laundry is available in the basement, $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. *Trash and Recycling receptacles are located outside in the driveway on the far side. *We are located on a main street in the city and hearing noise might be possible.
