Easy access to SFO International Airport(~3 stops away). This location is perfect for those who want to explore San Francisco by public transportation. The space **Please inquire on entire home reservations. We have limited reservations for entire house bookings.** It has all the comforts of a home, full updated kitchen, supplied with basic kitchenware, and coffee & tea. Smart TV to stream your favorite shows or music (Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV are all included). There is a huge backyard. Large front living room has a small pull out couch sleeper. Guest access Entire home bookings will enjoy the whole house, including 2 rooms, a full kitchen, dinning nook, and a spacious backyard. One SMALL parking spot available in the driveway. Please park carefully since the driveway is on a decline to the home. (No street parking available Monday - Friday.) Washer & Dryer is available to guest staying 3 nights or more only (contact host for access). Other things to note ** 1 small driveway parking spot only. ** No street parking if your booking is Monday - Friday. Parking citations are strictly enforced Monday - Thursday from 7:00am-10:00am, Friday 7:00am - 11:00am. **Street parking is allowed on Saturday and Sunday with no restrictions. ** Please be mindful of turning/curbing your wheels when you park on the street depending on the incline/decline of the direction you are parking. (If you’re parking at a decline, turn your wheels into the curb. If at an incline, turn your wheels away from the curb.) ** We are not responsible for any parking citations during your stay. **For about $3.00 per day, you can park at the BART train station which is very close to our house. You need to purchase a train ticket to ride the train in order to park there. ** Camera surveillance on the exterior of home and non-living areas: front door, backdoor, and basement. ** NO parties allowed, and only the guest count listed on the reservation is allowed in the ** Please be mindful of our neighbors, and noise levels especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are taken very seriously.
