The Queen Bee Suite sits right downtown Suttons Bay in the historic “Beehive” building. The Beehive is 20 minutes from Traverse City, one block from the beach, restaurants and shops, and 5 minutes (or less) away to the nearest winery. You can also get ice cream right next door! This eclectic space is inside one of the oldest buildings in Suttons Bay: The Beehive. Built in the 1850’s, The Beehive sits one block away from Lake Michigan, the beach, and many shops and restaurants downtown Suttons Bay. Rent bikes from across the street or get ice cream right next door! The Beehive Apartment building has four apartments. Three out of the four are currently occupied by year-a-round tenants. Please be respectful of the other tenants around you as they will do the same for you. You will have a private ground level access to your apartment for the duration of your stay. Located right on Lake Michigan, Suttons Bay offers a variety of things to do wether it’s kayaking, biking the tart trail, boating, shopping, or fine dining! Everything offered in downtown Suttons Bay is walkable from the Beehive. The space is eclectic, unique, and funky. Being one of the oldest buildings in Suttons Bay the space has its quirks but is warm and inviting for all.
