The space This listing is for the Kensington room, which is one of four rooms available at the bed & breakfast. Since Kensington Park is where Peter first met his fairy friends in a beautiful setting of gardens, this room reflects the pictures inspired by the original novel and map with a cozy bed for the adults and a built-in bunk for the children to enjoy. In addition to the queen bed, there is the upper portion of a bunk, which can accommodate one adult (not recommended for anyone who would have issues climbing a ladder or sleeping in a confined space). There is room in an L-shaped built in play area built underneath it and an adjacent wall that can easily accommodate two smaller children (providing they bring their sleeping bags). Please understand that this is not a large room and is more suited for small families- three adults may find it "overly cozy". Guest access You will be sharing common areas (2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, wrap around porch, and large viewing deck) with the other guests.
