It has a queen bed, futon, kitchenette and small bathroom. Private Beach Access: Guests have access to a private sandy beach directly below the cottage. The beach is shared only with a small number of neighboring cottages and is never open to the public. Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the water. Although the listing says 3 guests, it is really 2 adults & 1 child. The futon couch is quite small! Guest access As a guest at Little Bear cottage, you have access to 350' of sandy beach, the association sundeck platform with tables & chairs and the swim platform. Other things to note The sunsets from the cottage are spectacular! This is a seasonal unit that is opened up in May and closed down in late October.
