This is a BASIC ACCOMMODATION, there is NO coffee maker, NO fridge & NO microwave in this unit. This minimizes cleaning fees and also the electrical outlets cannot handle appliances so please plan to dine out. Here are some suggestions: Day 1 - center, about 1 hour away -Dante's View (mountain ranges) -Zobrinski's Point (color) -Badwater (lowest point and HOT) -Artist Drive (mineral colored rock and park) -Furnish Creek Ranch (museum, store, food) -Visitor's Center for water & info -Mesquite Dunes -Charcoal Kilns (high elevation, views!) -Telescope peak Day 2 - lower, less than 1 hour -Shoshone (limestone miner caves, museum, old cars) -Tecopa (hot springs, outdoor & indoor) -China Date Ranch Day 3 - upper, 1.5 hours -Ash Meadows (endangered pupfish, blue/green hot, birds) -Beatty, Rhyolite (ghost towns) -Goldfield (old wild west town with jail, etc.) -Scotty's castle (closed due to massive flooding) -Ubehebe crater (amazing implosion) -Racetrack We are 1 hour from the Las Vegas strip. A car is best to get around, closest gas station is 1 mile away & the town of Pahrump with grocery stores is a 15 minute drive. “SUNRISE” is your accommodation, There are multiple accommodations on site, make sure to follow the signs and park in front of the door marked SUNRISE on the drive. The door to this suite faces the street/east. Remember: there is no means to cook or heat water, but there are multiple convenience stores & gas stations close by.
