Clean, family-friendly 2-bedroom charmer. Rates vary per seasons/holidays/weekends. Owner's home is attached, but separate. Near freeways: (I-5, 76, 78), shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, gyms. Five-minute/2 mile drive to beach! 10 minutes to Legoland 10+ minutes to Harbor and Pier 15 minutes to Camp Pendleton The space The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker that takes ground coffee or K-pods. Bring your favorite K-pods. We have delicious ground coffee and k-pods for you. There is a teapot with assortment of teas, dishes, pans, utensils, and a lovely garden view! We have filtered water throughout the home, including the shower! There will be a pitcher of cold water in the fridge. There is an air conditioner for the hot and humid days. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Living room has comfy sofa with 2 recliners and also 2 separate recliners. Our TV Is for streaming only. You will also have a desk and a complimentary "Guest" Wi-fi connection. The bathroom has double sinks with a combination tub and shower…. with plenty of towels, hair dryer, first-aid kit, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a wall magnifying mirror for your convenience. There is a private fenced yard with patio table and chairs, and propane gas barbecue. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board and sewing kit. There is a towel-drying rack in the closet. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest, and umbrella. We also have brochures about area attractions along with books, games, and puzzles for family fun and leisure time. We are family friendly, and do not charge "additional guests" charge for children under the age of 10 years old. Guest access Take a calming stroll through our acre of gardens and enjoy our hummingbirds and flowers. Or, you may want to want to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee on our comfy sofa under the beamed cathedral ceiling of our covered patio with stone fireplace and free wifi. There are three hammocks beneath our beautiful, gigantic magnolia tree west of the patio. Other things to note From the Oceanside Pier, you can see pelicans sitting on the railings and dolphins swimming and frolicking in the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Stop for a meal at Ruby's Restaurant at the end of the pier. The Oceanside Harbor has shopping, restaurants, kayak and boat rentals! The beach at the harbor is beautiful, one of the nicest in San Diego County! That's where I learned to surf in high school! Oceanside has two Farmers' Markets each Thursday. Nearby Encinitas is the yoga capital of the U.S. There are breathtaking meditation gardens, free to the public, at the Self-Realization Fellowship at Swamis' Beach.
