We offer shared housing where guests can book a private pod and share all common areas such as living room, kitchen, work space, restrooms. We strive to offer affordable stays for anyone looking to be in the heart of CA! Our pods come standard with linens, reading lamp, outlets/usb port to charge electronics inside the pod. There is storage underneath the pod for luggage and other belongings as well! This queen-pod listing is for a queen pod within our smaller 4-pod room, a tad more private. :) The space PodShare is a shared co-living space, hosting numerous individuals in a large open dormitory. We strive to ensure all common areas are cleaned routinely throughout the day by on-site staff, however due to the number of guests sharing the facilities we can not guarantee that our cleanliness standards will be met every moment of your stay. Please gauge your expectations and review accordingly when booking with us. We are a small business and depend on positive reviews from this platform so that we may continue to offer affordable accommodations for visitors and California residents alike. Please inquire to our front desk for laundry services ($7 per load) Other things to note Anyone requiring a check-in outside of the hours of 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM (our standard hours of operation ), will need to give us advance warning as well we submit a photo of their ID prior to arrival! Failure to notify us prior to your arrival may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking. Due to this being a shared space, there may be noises during the day and at night. We do try and play a soft sound that blocks out obtrusive noises and give the space an even sound during the overnight. In the event that you prefer total silence, we do recommend bringing earplugs and or headphones to personally block out any sound that may be a problem.
