We require that all guests are able to provide proof of COVID vaccinations prior to conf. The space This one bedroom efficiency basement level apartment offers a private entrance and patio. The apartment borders 300 acres of woods, yet is a short walk to 2 beaches. Quiet, yet close to everything. The kitchen area has a sink, microwave, tea kettle, small refrigerator, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The living/family room is large and we offer free wifi, ROKU tv, and air conditioning. Enjoy sitting in your own private patio and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Short walk to 2 beaches, one public and one private. The beautiful State Hammonasset State Park Beach and Park is a 15 minute drive away. Hiking trails are close by. The Historical Guilford Green is a 15 minute bike ride away, or if you're up for a beautiful coastline, Route 146 to Stony Creek is a 30 minute ride. Guest access Private walkway from the driving area leads you to the garden/walk-out basement level apartment. You are welcome to use the yard, outdoor shower, and one parking space in the driveway. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are provided. We have a beach cart and wagon for your use as well.
