The space is a completely separate suite in the lowest floor with its own private entrance at the rear. The space is fully equipped with a new kitchen, fireplace, laundry, in-floor heating, 1 and a half bathrooms. Plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. The garbage and recycling is on the opposite side of the house from the walkway to the suite. The grey round can is for returnables. Black Lid square can is for garbage and the blue bin is for hard plastic recycle and yellow bag is for paper. Green lid is for organics. Guest access Private entrance. Other things to note Browns Restaurant, Romers Lynn Valley and Mr Sushi are a must in the village.
