Our block is mostly occupied by a school and a post office, so there are few houses nearby, which keeps the area quiet and low-traffic. While some neighboring neighborhoods aren't the nicest, our area is safe, with a crime level of 2 according to realtor dot com,the lowest in the city. ⭐ Nearby, you'll also find grocery stores for your convenience. ⭐ Who can book ⭐ Most of our guests are short-term travelers visiting the city, ⭐ but we also welcome those looking to stay for an extended period, such as the whole summer. ⭐Extended stay guests typically stay in room two, offering a more comfortable setup for longer visits. Whether you're a traveler, in town for work, ⭐ business, or any other reason, we’re happy to accommodate your stay. While we strive to keep everything tidy, please note that as this is a shared listing, occasional messes can happen, ⭐ and we rely on all guests to respect others by keeping the space clean. If something is out of place or needs attention before the daily cleaning, just talk to the co-host, who is always available to help. ⭐ If you're looking for a space that is always perfectly spotless, this might not be the right fit, but rest assured, everything will be cleaned by 11 AM the following day. ⭐ Your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere is greatly appreciated. Check-in ⏰ Check-ins are at 4 p.m. every day. Transportation⭐ We're conveniently located just three blocks away from the Church Street Station on the Market-Frankford Line, making it easy to get around the city. In addition to the train, there are plenty of buses nearby, ⭐ offering multiple options for public transportation. Whether you're heading downtown or exploring other parts of the city, you'll find it easy to navigate from our location. ⭐ Parking ⭐ Parking is all free street parking, and there’s plenty of it available nearby. I’ve personally never had an issue finding a spot close to the house. When you book, we’ll send you a map of all the best parking spots in the area to make things even easier for you. You should have no trouble finding convenient parking during your stay. ⭐ Things to Bring ⭐ Door codes ⭐ Locker locks if needed For your stay, please make sure you have the check-in information we sent, including the door codes. If for any reason you don’t have it, just reach out to the co-host, and they’ll be happy to assist you. We also have lockers available for storing your belongings, but you’ll need to bring your own lock if you’d like to use one. Extra guests Extra guests are not allowed if you booked for one person. You can only arrive with the number of people specified in your reservation. If you need to bring someone else, you’ll need to book an additional bed for them. If you booked a private room for one person, you can alter your reservation to accommodate two guests for an extra fee. However, we do not allow any visitors—whether they’re staying overnight or just stopping by for a few minutes. If you booked the Shared Room, plaese observe Quiet time in the bedroom from 11pm - 7am. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house $250 Fee. No Pets Allowed $250 Fee Extra cleaning fee starts at $50. Don't leave things lying around in the bathroom and common areas ( even on the floor). No trash or food should be left in the room. For Shared room guests, no eating on the bed and in the room. For Shared room guests, all your things should only be stored on the bed you are occupying or your locker (if available).
