We've recently added a new hot tub to help you unwind after a day of exploring the stunning Lake Tahoe area. The house features 4 bedrooms, a living room, and a family room, ensuring there's plenty of space for your entire family or group. During the summer months, you'll relish the vast, fenced, landscaped backyard with a large patio and an inviting hot tub. There's also a gas grill for year-round BBQs. With a garage and parking space for a total of 3 cars, you'll have ample room for your vehicles. Secure your booking now for Winter 2023/2024, and be aware that Summer 2024 is filling up fast. During the summer, we primarily rent on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. However, feel free to check with us for shorter stays starting on a Saturday or filling in available dates. You'll have full access to the entire house, the expansive backyard, and the garage for your stay. We've provided sleds, a spacious yard for snow play during the winter season, and lawn games for summer. In the warmer months, you'll find a badminton net set up and various lawn games for your enjoyment. And during the winter, we have a selection of sleds available. Whether it's a snowy winter wonderland or a sunny summer retreat, we've got your recreational needs covered! Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities The Agate Bay neighborhood of Carnelian Bay is on the North Shore about three blocks from the beach. Walk to several restaurants. Most homes in the neighborhood are on big 1/3 acre lots, so you have quite a lot of privacy. Squaw Valley, Alpine, and Northstar are about a 15-20 minute drive. A car is usually needed to get around, although there is a transit system around the Lake (TART). There is room for one car in the garage and 2-3 cars in the driveway depending on the season. Please be aware of the following important information: No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is strict, so please plan your stay carefully. No Covid-related cancellations. Others are at owners and Airbnb's discretion. Weather-Related Road Closure: If a road is closed due to weather conditions on the day of arrival for 12 or more consecutive hours, the first day of the rental period will be rescheduled at no extra charge. Cleaning Fee: There is a cleaning fee of $225. Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will appear as a "community" charge when you make your booking. Guest Information Form: Guests are requested to complete an information form. Flexible Arrival: With a lockbox in place, a 24-hour arrival is possible for your convenience. Pets: specifically dogs, may be allowed with a pet fee. However, please discuss this with the host and pay the pet fee separately or add it to your Airbnb booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, and they should not be left home alone. Responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet, is expected. Amenities: Enjoy free wireless internet, and don't forget the spacious hot tub for relaxation. Longer stays: Inquire about our weekly rates, but please note that ski leases are not available Summer Bookings: During the summer, bookings are primarily for full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. However, we may have shorter stay options available. Feel free to check with the host. Minimum Age: The main renter must be at least 25 years old.
