Though attached to the main house, this space is totally private with its own parking, entrance and private garden for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Gorgeous Huge Bathroom. Located in the Old Village area of Mt. Pleasant, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker,Plates, cups , 5 minutes to beach & 10 minutes to Charleston. Cable & Wifi. . Bikes . Truly an extra special space. The space The entire space consists of a large bedroom, bathroom and outside area. Beautiful 4 poster King bed. Small round dining table for 2. Sitting area good for computer work. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker (single serve) . Utensils, napkins, plates and bowls. Large bathroom with soaker tub, double sinks and separate shower and water closet . Television with Cable and WIFI. Bicycles, beach towels. beach chairs. There is low light in the garden until midnight and is so much fun to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the courtyard. Check-in is at 3 and check-out is at 11. Cleaners are scheduled the day you book so please be thoughtful of their time. .This space is for the booked guests only. No additional guests. Any visitors must have advanced permission from host. Not suitable for children. check-in is at 3 and occasionally I am able to get you in a bit earlier if requested. There will be a 15 dollar fee per extra hour for this alteration. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, candles or incense. Guest access There is private parking with an entrance by the three palm trees on Bellview Drive. Please park up on the pinestraw with all 4 tires off of the road. This is made for 2 cars so please pull forward to leave space for another car. There is only one space available per room. Once you walk into the garden you will see the sitting area for morning coffee under the trees or to sip a glass of wine in the evenings...please send a message when you are about 20 minutes away and message when you arrive. I will come meet you and show you in. Other things to note Due to a strict cancellation policy, I highly recommend a Travel Insurance Policy. They are inexpensive and will cover you in case you need to cancel for weather, illness or other emergencies and I am unable to re-book. You are able to get this through Airbnb or many other companies that cover Airbnb stays.. This is a very small business and in order to give you the most wonderful stay possible I have to have a contract with employees that I can count on and that can count on me. I am obligated to pay them even should you cancel. No Alterations within 2 weeks of booking date. Your cleaning fee is only half of the actual fee that I pay the cleaners to make the room more affordable to you. During these uncertain times the majority of travelers are insuring themselves against emergencies. This is highly recommended. Should you choose not to purchase travel insurance I will be unable to refund .
