Shared fenced-in backyard and 36 ft deep by 21 ft wide parking lot. Cleaning supplies, soaps, and paper products to get you through a short stay, or get you started on a longer stay. The space Guests staying longer than one month will be required to pay extra cleaning fees bi-weekly. If you need to extend your stay, please let us know as soon as you know before it books again. We provide utilities, WIFI, room darkening curtains, keyless entry, security cameras outside, WIFI Smart TV's, cookware, bakeware, dishware, appliances including crockpot, mixer, blender, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot with filters, and linens. Each unit has its own private laundry. We provide cleaning supplies for the house, and for you, with soaps, ear-swabs, cotton balls, safety-kit, paper-towels, napkins, and more to get you through a short stay, or get you started on your extended stay. We also have an outdoor propane grill, and seasonal yard furniture at all locations. By request and as available, Aunt Rose has high-chair, pack-and play with screening, carrier, and changing table. We have a booster chair, Jumperoo, child size wicker rocking chair, yard games, and car seat. Aunt Rose's Place properties are located in Downtown Monroe, and Dundee Michigan. There are many nearby parks, museums, shopping, restaurants, bars, bike paths, Riverwalk's, Historic war markers, and memorials dating back to the war of 1812. Aunt Rose’s Place Duplex has a 1-bedroom Upper- and 2-bedroom Lower unit with fenced in backyard. Both units may be rented together when available. This Upper apartment has private entry, laundry in unit, full-bath. In the living room you will find a loveseat with a pullout full bed, (additional foam pad available upon request) two sitting chairs, and a mounted 55” smart TV. The bedroom features a 45” smart TV’s. Both TV’s have HDMI cables and local antenna. The Lower apartment features handicap accessible shower, but there are 5 steps into the door from the front porch. These two bedrooms have smart 45” TV in each. They also include hangers, hampers, shoe hanger, extra pillows on the bed, and 4 dresser drawers. The living room has a Smart TV, and a pull-out queen sofa-bed made up with pillow in the ottoman. The living room seats 7 with two double reclining loveseats and a sitting chair. There is a large private, stone parking lot in back off the alley (shared with guests). Your private laundry is in unit. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, baking, and cookware. Just get groceries! Whole Duplex is bookable when both are available, book early! 11 mi to Fermi, 4 mi to DTE, 13 mi to BP Oregon OH, 30 mi to Detroit or Toledo, 45 mi to Ann Arbor. Guest access Shared parking lot off the alley in back and street parking available. Keyless entry provides ease of entry with no keys to keep track of. You will be given a code before your arrival. You are welcome to arrive anytime after 4 pm, unless early entry is available. Please be sure to checkout by 10 am so the maid has time to go over everything for the next guest. Fenced in backyard. Keep porch lights on so the sensor can activate. I am very responsive, please ask if you have any questions at all. Other things to note We have cameras stationed outside mostly to see if our guests have left by 10 a.m. so we can clean, if the lawn was mowed, etc. and security while the house is unoccupied. Trash - Trash goes to the street against the curb on Tuesday evening. We have outside electrical hook-ups.
