The back patio offers spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Watch golfers take their second shot from the fairway (hopefully) while relaxing on the back patio. We are located about 190 yards from the green. During your stay, you can use any of the 54 pools/hot tubs, the closest is just a few steps from the patio! It is not uncommon to have the pool area to yourself- No need to wake up early to grab a pool chair. PGA West is a gated community in the city of La Quinta offering endless options for you to enjoy... shopping, fine dining, and entertainment in nearby Old Town La Quinta and the La Quinta Resort and Spa. Also located nearby are world-class spas, hiking, tennis, pickle ball courts, casinos, polo, jeep tours, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, fishing, bike riding and much more. There is a ring doorbell at the front door This listing contains a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. The host will get notified if noise levels get too loud. Guest access You will have use of the entire home and the 54 community spas and swimming pools. Closest pool is steps from the front and/or back door. Before arriving, you and your guests will need to check in at the Security Gate. If you will be arriving in separate cars, please give me the first and last names of each driver so that I can put them on the guest list for the length of your stay. The security guards will not let anyone through if their names are not added on the guest list by the owner. Please note that our home overlooks the golf course. Proper respect should be given to the golfers. The golf course is not available for guest use. Please remain off the cart path and golf course-PRIVATE PROPERTY. PGA West has 3 public courses. Other things to note The home is located in a gated community, therefore all drivers staying in the home will need to be registered at the guard gate prior to arrival.
