Bedroom: (Sleeps 2) - 1 king size bed with 14", 3 layer memory foam mattress - 1 single futon - many windows to enjoy the mountain view or use the blackout shutters to take a nap after a long night. - full size study desk with comfortable study chair - walk in closet with plenty of storage space. - wall unit AC/Heater - 48" TV Living room/Kitchenette/Dining area: - comfortable full size convertible sofa bed (Sleeps 1) - kitchenette with stove, new stainless steel refrigerator, and microwave (kitchen sink is in the laundry area) - round modern glass dining table with 4 chairs * Although we have a kitchenette, it may not be suitable for major meal preparation Bathroom/Laundry: - full bath with jacuzzi tub with skylight above - separate rainfall shower area - laundry area with new modern LG washer & dryer (detergent provided) We have a Main house attached to the house on the same property with different private main entrances that gives both units their space and privacy. Also , both unit has there own amenities, no sharing of any kind. There is a joining wall in the kitchen with a double door where some noise may be heard from either unit. This is one of two units in the building. You may ask to rent both units (if dates are available) so that you will have the whole complex to yourself . Whole Guesthouse to yourself . We love to host people from all parts of the world and are happy to help you navigate through Rowland Heights with suggestions, should you need it. Otherwise, we are respectful of your privacy. We feel each guest is a potential new friend and so the level of interaction will be up to you - we will accommodate your needs. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. There are many parks in the area. shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarkets are minutes away. Convenient to major highways. Please ask us if you need any suggestions for restaurants or places to go. There is public transportation available but in Southern California, having a car is necessary. We are just 3 miles from freeway 60 and 5 miles from freeway 57. There are tour buses that can take you on weekend trips throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. If you are interested in a bus tour, we would be happy to refer you to the one we use. We are conveniently located between Los Angeles and Orange County, just minutes away from Downtown LA, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and 7 miles from The Industry Hills Golf Club at Pacific Palms Resort, which is one of California's most noteworthy public golf courses, and a historical site. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, I use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ BEFORE YOU BOOK ★ Please complete your profile before booking. We prefer to rent to people who can include some information about themselves and the nature of their stay; it helps us know who we are speaking with and encourages a successful lodging match. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Guests making the reservation shall not be under the age of 25. Guests making the booking shall take responsibility for all guests on their reservation. Hosts may require copies of identification from guests. There will be a surcharge of $100 if the reservation is less than 7 nights in duration. Please browse our profile for a detailed list of fantastic properties. ★ CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS ★ Check-in is after 5 pm Check out is at 10 am Early check-in and late check out is $25/hour Our policy is that extra guests are considered there for the entire duration of the reservation. So if you have 2 additional people and the reservation is for 4 days, there will be a charge of $25 x 4 days = $100 x 2 people = $200 for extra guests regardless of how many days they stay. We do not allow "swapping" of guests. Please note that children and infants are considered guests. (There is a device to detect excessive noise and the total number of guests) ★ HOUSE RULES ★ We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own during the entire stay. We have implemented a few simple rules to ensure the home offers a pristine ambiance for every guest. ~ Guests should not send packages to the house; we will not be responsible for missing or damaged boxes. Guests should seek alternative locations to pick up packages. ~ Airbnb requires us to disclose that there are security cameras that have been installed around the outside perimeter of the house. ~ We do not provide garage use as part of this Listing.
