Perfect for multiple families or 5 couples. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a king or queen bed. The downstairs master bedroom has its own bathroom with dual sinks, shower/tub combination, and sauna. Two additional bedrooms downstairs share a hall bathroom also with shower/tub combination. One bedroom is configured as a living/bedroom combination, with couch and coffee table, king bed, and a sliding door with access to the back yard. There is a large dining area downstairs that seats 6, a wood-burning fireplace and SmartTV, and sunny functional kitchen with breakfast table that seats 4, and counter seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with place settings for 12. Upstairs is the main family room that includes comfy leather couches and large game table that seats 6-8. This room has a gas fireplace, large screen A/V system with SmartTV, cableTV, wet bar, and small balcony overlooking the back yard, and adjacent tennis courts. The two upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a large bathroom with dual sinks, and shower/tub combination. The back yard is fully fenced. During the summer there is a table and chairs for 6. The gas BBQ is on the back deck, and comes with 2 full propane tanks. The home has an attached garage, with parking for one in the garage, and two cars in the driveway. There is a laundry inside the home, with full-size washer and dryer. As a guest at our home, you will have access to the private amenities in the Tahoe Keys including the marina and restaurant, a year-round indoor lap pool, seasonal outdoor pool, private beach and pier, basketball and tennis courts, kids play area, and volleyball courts. These amenities require an additional daily fee, payable at the Tahoe Keys property owner’s association office. A rental agreement is required as proof of your stay. South Lake Tahoe is a year-round destination both summer and winter, with boating, fishing, hiking and biking in the summer, and world-class skiing and snowboarding in the winter. The evening entertainment can’t be beat with a large choice of casual and elegant restaurants, nightlife including casinos, and live entertainment year-round. Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). There is a pet fee of $100 for up to one week, $15 per day for 8 day or longer stays. Please note: this home does not have air conditioning. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is $1,000 for stays of 30 nights $2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and $3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights. Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit not required to repair damage or for extra cleaning will be refunded within 21 days of departure. VHR Permit: 007869 Everything! Tahoe Keys does charge a small daily fee for use of the amenities. Payment is made to the association during your trip. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3, with 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed with pre-approval (no other pets/animals allowed). It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
