The space The complex offers various amenities, which are supervised and operated by the homeowners’ association. All unit entrances are SELF-SERVICE (with electronic locks). On the day of check-in, the guest will receive information on how to enter the building and the unit. At the BUILDING DESK/RECEPTION, there are only CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION staff members, who do NOT perform administrative tasks or handle matters related to unit rentals. These staff members are present to control access and common areas. They may request information about ALL residents, vehicles, and dates of stay for security and control purposes.
