Located in historic Cabbagetown (part of downtown Toronto), this condo is a true loft conversion with an abundance of natural light, lots of room to relax (over 1000 sq. ft), a quirky decor, Wi-Fi, a private terrace, and upgraded appliances. Beautiful wooden floors and a gas fireplace for extra atmosphere. Great for for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Everything you'll need for a home away from home! At over 1000 sq. feet, this space is a hard loft conversion from an old munitions factory that was operating during WWII. The space has an interesting and quirky decor, hardwood floors, exposed ceilings, a fireplace, upgraded appliances, and huge windows with California shutters. Brew some coffee and sip it quietly on the outdoor terrace, which gets great sun all day. The dining room table is ample. COVID-19 Update (Dec. 26, 2020): The Province of Ontario has entered the Lockdown level for the next 4 weeks. Existing reservations are allowed to be honoured, but no new reservations are to be accepted. COVID-19 Update (Nov. 22, 2020): The City of Toronto is currently in the Lockdown level for at least the next 4 weeks - new Airbnb reservations are no longer allowed to be accepted, but existing Airbnb reservations will be honoured. COVID-19 Update (July 30, 2020): We take extra cleaning steps between guests to ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. Per the newly adopted City of Toronto By-law 541-2020, all guests must wear a mask or face covering while in any common area of the building (i.e hallways) and while entering or leaving the building. We also strongly recommend that all guests practice social distancing (6’ of distance) between anyone else in these common areas. Disposable masks will be provided if needed. Guest access Full access to the entire loft and private terrace with the exception of the den that is currently used for storage. Other things to note Street parking is available through the City of Toronto (permits can be purchased online up to 7 days in advance). Information on how to get a parking permit will be given to you. Although this space is on the ground floor, there are a few steps from the lobby to the main floor of the building. There is no elevator available. We do not allow parties or receptions of any kind. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Photo ID and government-issued ID is required at time of checkin. Please note that as part of an agreement with the condo board that governs our building, your name and the names of any Airbnb guests will be shared with the condo board management. No other contact or personal information will be provided to them as part of this agreement.
